SMS Communications Terms

Program Description: Roofgent offers transactional SMS messaging services to communicate about your roofing projects, appointments, estimates, and account information.

Consent Required: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from TopCal Roofing and Roofgent. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

Message Types: You agree to receive transactional messages including appointment reminders, estimate notifications, project updates, scheduling notifications, customer support communications, account alerts, and verification codes.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project activity and account settings. You may receive up to several messages per week during active projects.

Opt-Out Process: You can opt out at any time by:

  • • Replying "STOP" to any SMS message
  • • Contacting customer support at (844) 867-2259
  • • Updating your preferences in your account settings

Carrier Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify our services with reasonable notice.
